Crafty and Compulsive
I have several shopping carts in several stores waiting for me to hit the "SEND" button...
I have a Pinterest page 2014 CHA WANTS
Why? I don't need a thing... but like most other people I know, see, online friends, we have this need ...
I LOVE crafty stuff, I love to look at touch it, organize it, move it around, pack it up and show it off!
The last week I have engaged in, a shopping trip with a six year granddaughter to hobby lobby,had a rant in a local group, and learned of a local stamp shop closing her doors in the next few weeks..
I have dubbed the "LSS" local scrapbook store term to
LAST STORES STANDING
I have printed and organized all my photos since October!
Yippee they are printed! OOPS I have 4 shoe box's that need scrapped and added to albums ....
so am excited to get busy!
So how our your New Years plans going...
1. still eating better
2. Working on the "LESS" cleared out all junk drawers since 2010
3 As far as "NO" nothing I can think of yet!

It all started with a few sheets of pretty paper...
Do you want to get the attention of 86 women in a crowd of 100?
Yes this a total addiction... is there a group for this? yes ...enablers unite... we are collecting something?

I have been trying to let go "LESS" it is so hard, so lately I am called to young mom's you know them the 25-33 year old mom with 2.5 children , a dog, a mortgage, photo snapping super mom!
Invite them , share your stuff, heck give a box of it away (you won't miss it)
SHARE your craft whatever it is NO scrap booking is not dying... it has a changed ..
lets get it done quickly....Project Life, Instagram, .

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year!
So as we are into a new year, I hope everyone has made new resolutions, has picked their one little word, stock piled project life, and survived the first three days of the new diet?
New beginnings... a change , I am not there yet ... so yes I intend to eat healthier, no word for me last year was a total loss so if I did it would be "LESS' and "NO",
I need less , less clutter, less stress, less worry.
NO- I have the right to say NO , No I can't , No I won't, just no without reason.
As a paper-holic , crafter, scrapbooker I hope to do more, journal more and tell the story... not perfectly...
I had to laugh someone asked what are those folded Project life cards for? I said to write notes ...that maybe no one will ever see... to myself... Yes I cared, What was I thinking? Thoughts we think as we go through the process... will anyone look at these in the future, will they dump them in the dumpster ( I saw this done a few years ago as my family cleaned out the in laws house SO SAD).
thinking WOW my mom did all this crap when she could have been spending time with us?
It has made me rethink my process the last few days ... a quick note of photo, in the sleeves and move on... it does not have to be perfect!
I am not sure if I will continue blogging this year ... maybe it is me rambling thoughts or maybe it is my way to get the junk out I think, but whatever I do I try to find the humor in day to day struggles. What are your New Year's intentions?

Merry Christmas Everyone
Do you feel like this past year has just flown by?
Do you remember how long it took as a child the days between Thanksgiving and Christmas?
I feel like I am so behind, lots of plans and piles with all my projects!
I will say that I am better organized in years past - I take a picture almost daily on instagram, add some notes and the date, printing most of them , ( nope not in my album yet), but project life has made me rethink my spending and organization, and what I really use and need.
I am in the process of starting a new group on facebook to share our 2014 project life , I think it is important to take pictures of the just plain days in our life, we are so busy , we are the Mom's who chase our kids around as they grow up.
Look back in your photo's, Where are you? Behind the camera? What will they remember about us?
So Yes I went to see Santa yesterday , something I have done for several years alone, the poor guy thought I was crazy and then I told him about my project life!

November 17 THINGS ABOUT ME
I am trying to blog again , thought this may be fun....
1. I am not a morning person, prefer and need to sleep late maybe because I love to watch Lucy at 4am?
2. I hate to drive over BRIDGES, I once back up and turned around -
3. I have 3 grown children and 3 granddaughters.
4. I have a extreme addiction to stuff, I love to collect but not use it...pens, markers, papers, Christmas ornaments, picture frames, baskets and bins....
5. I have been married for 34 years , Yes the same person.... we met when I was in high school.
6. I have lived in Illinois, Oregon, Alabama and dream of living in Colorado when I am old
( how old is old?)
7.I have a degree in Early Childhood, love babies and small children under 5
8.I love sunflowers and wild flowers, please no roses.
9. I think holidays are overrated and not worth the stress for one day, everyday can be special!
10. My favorite food is Mexican if going out at home just give me a baked potato and I am happy!
11. I do like the ocean but hate sand.
12. I prefer to sit in the back of the plane next to a window.
13. My favorite tree is a Aspen in fall .
14. I like old music from the 70's and John Denver
15. I drive like a grandma ... (the kids have a different word)
16. I hate malls
17. I love to get real mail it is so exciting , wished it wasn't always bills
18. I have too many GOALS... see that is 18

Back in the groove...
Back the groove?
So I have been doing Project life the last few months... trying to catch up?
It seems like I print so MANY more photo's these days!
